FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in power supply and heat supply systems using heat generated in water boilers. Proposed combination heat and power generating plant consisting of water boiler of district heating station connected to system water circuit including primary hot system water duct connected with heat consumers and return system water duct connected with pump(s) of system water and power plant, is furnished with power plant operating of low boiling medium including steam generator, turbine with electric generator, pump, and condenser-heater arranged in industrial zone of boiler room of district heating station, steam generator being connected through shutoff and regulating gates to primary hot system water duct, condenser-heater, to return system water duct.
EFFECT: provision of additional power, increased economy of district heating station under variable thermal loads during heating season.
