SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a housing made from transparent material, in the top part of which there is a transparent funnel for entering a game ball into the housing, and game balls. The housing is a container, the top part of which is in form of a cover with an opening for entering a game ball into the housing, lying at the centre of said cover and above which said funnel is mounted on top of the cover. The bottom of the container is a plate at the centre of the top surface of which, on the same vertical axis with said opening in the cover, there is a prominence in form of a half-sphere at the point where the ball game falls. Around said prominence on the entire area of the top surface of the board there are uniformly and tightly arranged transparent cells with numbers for receiving game balls, wherein the game balls are elastic balls made from transparent material. The apparatus is placed on a transparent support and is provided with an information display.

EFFECT: simple apparatus for conducting a lottery and avoiding use of electric power.
