FIELD: data processing; games.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mass collective games and can be used in different types of lotteries. Technical result is achieved by that a lottery participant is informed on conducting a lottery, receiving applications to participate in lottery, creating a lottery prize fund, drawing of prize fund and issuing prizes, wherein after reception of applications to participate in lottery participants of lottery using communication means send to lottery organiser at least one application to participate in lottery and lottery organiser provides reception and registration of applications, as well as informing participants about number of lottery assigned to application lottery participant, which becomes number electronic lottery ticket, drawing of prize fund, according to invention, process of determining winning numbers of lottery tickets is carried out in at least one round, an application to participate in lottery is sent while simultaneously recording data, identification of lottery participant, wherein said user registration data of each individual tied to each application to participate in lottery and number, assigned to a participant; lottery participant number assigned in order of priority of inflow of requests in real time; drawing of main prize fund is carried out for one of lottery tickets using cylinder, which is adjusted to limitation of possible combinations of falling out numbered lotto balls with due allowance for following conditions: total number of lotto balls falling out is equal to number of bits of number corresponding to total number of lottery tickets; first and next lotto ball, forming winning number, is limited by fall of possible combinations of digits on basis of numerical values, which can provide a winning number value within number corresponding to total number of lottery tickets; ball falling from drum falls on a special inclined chute, from which, sliding down, contacts with RFID reader; inside each ball there are RFID tag corresponding to numbers of balls; when reader initiates mark, data are transmitted to a processor or a microcontroller, which calculates possible combinations of numbers, balls with which can be loaded into next drum; then, operation at drum balls and drawing of second ball are repeated for next similar to drum, if required drawing larger numbers order; after drawing balls are loaded back into module manually or automatic feeder.

EFFECT: simplification of conducting lottery by reducing number of handled documents, eliminating need to store information of participants, easy process of playing and increase in number of its participants, possibility of multilevel conducting lottery; no possibility of prize issuing to another person, except person that has acquired lottery ticket or for whom lottery ticket was acquired.
