Proposed vehicle comprises wheeled two-axle low lifting capacity chassis, frame to support cabin, driven winch with rope, and loading board fluid-driven in vertical lengthwise plane. Said loading board is equipped with flat deck and block with reeved pulley rope. Loading board is furnished with bolster arranged at board flat deck and provided with support and guide surfaces. Support surfaces are inclined in transverse direction. Lines of intersection of support surfaces is located in vertical plane crossing board lengthwise mirror at height h from board surface. Bolster guide surfaces are located on board section extending from deck rear edge to bolster support surfaces and inclined to deck surface. Lines of intersection of guide surfaces is located in aforesaid vertical plane.
