SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to control over aircraft airfoils. The flap is driven by, at least, two devices 11, 12, 13, 14 that allow actuation by, at least, one actuator 30. Brake is arranged at, at least, one actuator 30 for every driven flap. Brake actuation allows fixing set state of appropriate actuator 30 at following steps: separate actuation of every brake, activation of every actuator by engine drive, termination of flap actuation on changing controlled flap set state by predefined amount.
EFFECT: higher reliability and better controllability.
