FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil producing industry, and namely to deposit and gel forming reagents based on water-soluble acrylic polymers, which is intended to reduce water permeability of non-homogeneous oil formations and restrict water influx to production wells during development of oil deposits using a waterflooding method. Method for obtaining acrylic reagent to restrict water influx to an oil well consists in the fact that wet wastes of Nitron fibre are hydrolysed in caustic soda solution during 2.5-3 h at the temperature of 95-100°C, at the following component ratio, wt %: Nitron fibre wastes (in terms of absolutely dry fibre) - 9-12; caustic soda - 6-8; water is the rest.
EFFECT: obtaining acrylic reagent on the basis of wet wastes of Nitron fibre, which provides high-efficiency restriction of water influx to production wells.
