FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in coke-chemical industry. A device on a coal-loading wagon for lifting cover plates off frames with loading openings in a coke furnace roof and for cleaning of frames includes cover plate lifting device (3) containing bracket (4) with lifting magnet (5), frame cleaning device (6) containing bracket (4') with cleaning head (7), and lifting devices (8, 8') for vertical movement of brackets (4, 4'). Cover plate lifting device (3) and frame cleaning device (6) are offset horizontally by means of travelling gear (12, 12') between working position (A), in which lifting magnet (5) or cleaning head (7) coincides with loading opening (13) in the coke furnace roof and initial position (B) located at some distance from the loading opening. Travelling gear (12, 12') includes travelling frame (15) horizontally moving on rails (14) on lower side of the coal loading wagon along the first axle and load-carrying frame (16) located inside travelling frame (15). Load-carrying frame (16) is moved on travelling frame (15) along the second axle across the movement direction of travelling frame (15). Lifting device (8, 8') for cover lifting device (3) and/or frame cleaning device (6) is located on load-carrying frame (16).

EFFECT: invention occupies a little of place and allows compensating large deviations of position of loading devices.
