FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used during manufacture of castings for headers and reaction pipes of reformers of large-capacity ammonia and methanol units with operating temperature of up to 1200°C and pressure of up to 50 ata. There proposed is heat-resistant chrome-nickel alloy with austenitic structure, which contains the following components, wt %: carbon 0.40 - 0.45, silicon 1.10 - 1.50, manganese 1.10 -1.40, chrome 24.0 - 27.0, nickel 33.0-35.0, niobium 0.6-1.1; titanium 0.05 - 0.15, zirconium 0.01 - 0.20, cerium 0.005 - 0.10, tungsten 0.005 - 0.10, aluminium 0.01 - 0.05, vanadium 0.0005 - 0.10, cobalt 0.01 - 0.10, iron and impurities are the rest. Content of impurities does not exceed the following values, wt %: sulphur - 0.03, phosphorus - 0.03, lead - 0.01, stannum- 0.01, arsenic - 0.01, zinc -0.01, antimony - 0.01, nitrogen - 0.01, molybdenum - 0.20, copper - 0.20.
EFFECT: increasing heat resistance of alloy due to formation of homogeneous austenitic structure.
