FIELD: textiles, paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for measuring the thread tension between the ring traveller and the package of the flyer frame, it comprises a spindle, a drive pulley mounted on it, and a tube-holder with the board, made in its lower part and in contact with the ball bearing. The tube-holder is connected to the sleeve mounted on the spindle by means of metal balls arranged in the grooves made at an angle to the spindle axis. The sleeve is mounted on the spindle with the ability of free rotation around its axis by means of bearings mounted on the spindle at the levels of upper and lower parts of the package. And the lower part of the sleeve is coupled with the transition sleeve freely located on the spindle, and the transition sleeve is connected to the additional pulley mounted coaxially with the driving pulley and the sleeve with the tube-holder mounted on it. At that, the board formed at the lower part of the tube-holder is connected to the strain gauge.

EFFECT: invention enables to improve accuracy of the thread tension measurement between the ring traveller and the package in production of yarn on the flyer frame, which enables to adjust quickly and optimise the technological process parameters, thereby improving the quality of winding yarn onto a package and providing reduction in its breakage.
