FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention includes a casing flange, a pipe holder of the first row of pipes with a sealing nipple, a pipe holder of the second row of pipes with side channels interconnected with the corresponding pipes. The casing flange is equipped on the outside with one or several taps interconnected with inner space of the flange and has the possibility of stiff and tight interaction with the pipe holder of the first row, which is tightly and rigidly connected to the pipe holder of the second row. The pipe holder of the second row of pipes is equipped with a longitudinal hole with a plug, which is not interconnected with pipes. The pipe holder of the first row of pipes is equipped with a channel for connection of that hole to the well. Pipe holders of the first and/or the second row of pipes are equipped from below with process adapters.

EFFECT: excluding residual deformations in pipes of the first and the second pipe rows; enlarging operating capabilities of the equipment and improving its reliability owing to simplifying the design, reducing the number of connections operating under pressure; at the same time, metal consumption and overall dimensions are reduced.
