SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wellhead accessories and can be used in oil industry during repair of wells during lowering and lifting operations (LLO) of a pipe string, including at LLO in a steam-injection well of a two-row string of pipes. Disclosed is a transient reel of wellhead equipment, which includes First-row tubing spider, made in the form of disc with two channels, support flange, sealing grooves and metal gaskets, pipe holder of the second row of pipes. Additionally installed is transient coil of wellhead accessories, consisting of guide branch pipe with rigidly connected upper flange, wherein in order to attach a lower flange of a wellhead downhole equipment having different center-to-center diameters of the holes, the upper coil flange is provided with holes with two center-to-center diameters, wherein the number of holes made in the upper flange of the coil and the lower flange of the preventer is equal to each other. At that, in the lower part of the guide branch pipe there are two external annular projections with angle of 180° relative to each other, and in the lower flange the inner cylindrical groove is made, having the possibility of interaction with annular projections of the guide branch pipe, wherein above inner cylindrical groove of each lower flange there is a shaped slot in the form of alternating two open and closed sections, which provides connection and fixation of lower flanges with guide nozzle by locking screw. Outer diameter of lower flange is more or less than outer diameter of upper flange. At that, lower flange of adapter coil of wellhead equipment with smaller diameter is made with possibility of installation on first-row pipe crosspiece-pipe holder and with cutout for pipe of long pipe string, wherein the height of the guide pipe from the lower end of the lower flange to the lower end of the upper flange is greater than the length of the pipe of the long pipe string, fixed in the cross piece-tubular holder. Top flange is equipped with radial process channel and in initial position is sealed with plug, in upper and lower flanges there are sealing grooves with sealing metal gaskets.
EFFECT: transient coil of wellhead equipment allows performing LLO in a well with single or double row of pipe strings, as well as mount preventer on wellhead equipment during LLO in well with both single and double row of pipes, and makes it possible to fix on wellhead accessories preventors having different inter-center diameters of fixing holes.
