FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: water heating system is designed for use in centralised heat supply systems. The water heating system comprises supply and return heating mains, supply and return pipelines of local heating subsystems, a make-up pipeline with branches, a recuperative heat exchanger with inputs and outputs at sides of heating and cooling, heating subsystems, connected in parallel to the supply heating main via make-up pipelines. Two or more heating subsystems are connected in series to a branch of the supply heating main via recuperative heat exchangers, installed in series on the make-up pipeline of the heating main. Division of the heating system into heating subsystems is calculated to provide the necessary water flow rate in heating subsystems. Control of water flow rate in the supply pipeline is carried out with a control valve, controlled by a temperature controller by a signal from a sensor installed in the supply pipeline of the first heating subsystem along network water flow depending on ambient air temperature, and in other heating subsystems, starting from the second one, control of temperature in supply pipelines is carried out with the help of three-way valves with temperature controllers.

EFFECT: division of a heating system into several serially connected subsystems helps to increase hydraulic resistance of heating system operation and to improve operation of heating equipment connected to most remote sections of heating mains.
