SUBSTANCE: device comprises a sensor with attached three couples of optic fibres, arranged at the angle of, for example, 45°, relative to the normal line to the controlled surface in the reflection point, with a jacket made of soft rubber, and an electronic unit comprises a clock oscillator, a switchboard, which is connected to three triggers, connected with three measurement and three compensation light diodes, three receivers of optical radiation, connected via Y-shaped optic fibres with a controlled object, and also three additional triggers, connected with additional three measurement and three compensation light diodes.
EFFECT: invention provides for simultaneous control of several process parameters of metal surfaces, such as roughness, grain, colour and imperfection.
