FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: radiometer is proposed, comprising a receiver, serially connected an antenna, a modulator, a directed splitter, serially connected a current source and a noise generator. The device also comprises a circulator, three matched loads, a switch, a synchronous low pass filter, a high pass filter, a comparator, a control unit, the first, second and third outputs of which are connected to appropriate control inputs of the synchronous low pass filter, the switch and the modulator, and the fourth output of the control unit is the output bus of the radiometer. The second input of the comparator is connected to the common bus of the radiometer. Besides, the modulator, the directional splitter, the current source, the noise generator, the switch, the circulator, the first, second and third matched loads are installed on a temperature-controlled board and are in thermal contact with it.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurements.
