SUBSTANCE: body (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) of insulating material contains a slot (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) for conductor, which crosses through the body (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) of insulating material. The body (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) of insulating material is limited by surrounding surface (13). The pocket (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e) enters the surface (13). In order to form the pocket (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e) the instrument (7) is poured by the body (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) of insulating material.
EFFECT: invention solves the problem to create a device with less amount of insulating material required and its simplification as a barrier for liquid media.
