FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary microbiology. The method involves infecting yolk sacs of chicken embryos, using them to prepare a chlamydia-containing suspension and adding a mixture of detergents - sodium dodecylsulphate and 96.5% ethanol to the final concentration thereof equal to 0.1 and 2% respectively. Then, the suspension is kept for 96 hours at temperature 37°C, further processed by an ester in ratio 1:5 respectively while stirring at regular times. Further, the suspension is kept for 24 hours under an extraction system at room temperature.
EFFECT: method enables higher activity and specificity of the antigen, as well as eliminates using the toxic substances.
