FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a tight working chamber, a cold hearth, independent sources of heating, a charge loading mechanism, a crystalliser, a pouring chamber with a trolley, vacuum locks. The tight working chamber at the inner side with the surface is equipped with a vault comprising a board with water-cooled channels, on the lower surface of which there are vertically columnar elements arranged as separated slots for regulation of flows of thermal energy emitted by the vault.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to optimally regulate radiant exchange inside a device due to its intensification in working areas of melt melting and pouring operations with simultaneous reduction of hazardous effect of a radiant thermal flow on a structure.
