Second ring has inner surface making the stator outer side a part of which is cylindrical. At least, one laminar damping material is secured at cylindrical part of second ring outer surface. Said laminar material comprises, at least, one layer of viscoelastic material in contact with the part of second ring surface and one counter layer of stiff material. Both said layers are bound together. Another invention of the set relates to gas turbine engine that comprises abode said stator.
EFFECT: damped vibrations of gas turbine engine stator.
