FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: forward transmission circuit is made from a three-terminal nonlinear element. The external feedback circuit used is an arbitrary four-terminal device which is connected to the three-terminal nonlinear element on a series-parallel scheme; the load is in form of a first two-terminal device with complex impedance; the control electrode of the three-terminal nonlinear element is connected in crosswise circuit to a second two-terminal device with complex impedance which imitates the resistance of the generator signal source in amplification mode.
EFFECT: wider range of generated oscillations, generating complex signals, creating efficient compact generation devices for radio communication equipment with a given number of radio channels.
