SUBSTANCE: method of generation of high-frequency signals, characterized in item 1 of the formula, is based on conversion of energy of DC power supply into high-frequency signal energy, high-frequency signal interaction with a direct transmission circuit made from the triple-pole nonlinear element and the reactive four-pole network, external feedback load and circuit, compliance with the conditions pre-determining respectively amplitude and frequency of generated high-frequency signals; the load is implemented in the form of the first two-pole network with complex resistance, and the external feedback circuit is any four-pole network, while the selection of values of parameters of the reactive four-pole network is performed according to the set mathematical expressions. The device according to item 2 is intended for the method implementation.

EFFECT: increase of range of generated oscillations at any complex resistance of load.
