SUBSTANCE: apparatus for demodulating and filtering phase-modulated signals, which is connected between a source of phase-modulated signals and a low-frequency load in form of an integrating circuit, consists of a four-terminal device, a two-terminal nonlinear element, a low-pass filter and a separating capacitor, wherein a high-frequency load is connected in a transverse circuit before the low-pass filter; the two-terminal nonlinear element is connected between the four-terminal device and the high-frequency load in a longitudinal circuit.
EFFECT: providing simultaneous demodulation and filtration of phase-modulated signals and amplitude-phase-modulated signals using the high-frequency part of the demodulator with a given quasi-linear slope and shape of the amplitude-frequency characteristics, which increases noise-immunity of the receiver, based on the frequency dependency of the resistance of the two-terminal nonlinear element, which increases the accuracy of calculating values of parameters of circuit components.
