FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for demodulating and filtering phase-modulated signals consists of a four-terminal element, a two-terminal nonlinear element, a low-pass filter and a separating capacitor and is characterised by that a high-frequency load is connected in a transverse circuit between the output of the four-terminal element and the low-pass filter, the two-terminal nonlinear element is connected between the source of the phase-modulated signal and the input of the four-terminal element in longitudinal circuit.
EFFECT: providing simultaneous demodulation and filtration of phase-modulated signals without using a reference oscillator with conversion of the phase-modulated signal to an amplitude-phase-modulated signal using the high-frequency part of the demodulator with a given quasi-linear slope and shape of the amplitude-frequency characteristics, which increases noise-immunity of the receiver, based on the frequency dependency of the resistance of the two-terminal nonlinear element, which increases the accuracy of calculating values of parameters of circuit components.
