SUBSTANCE: fibre-armoured cement armoured panel includes: a cement core including a solid phase produced as a result of hardening of an aqueous mixture, containing 25-45 wt % of inorganic cement binder, with absence of quartz flour, 35-65 wt % of inorganic mineral filler with particle size from around 150 to 450 micron, 5-15 wt % pozzolanic filler with average particle size of less than or equal to 50 micron, 0.25-5.0 wt % of a self-levelling agent on the basis of polycarboxylate and 6-12 wt % of water, and a covering layer, attached to at least one surface of the hardened solid phase.
EFFECT: increased resistance to ballistic and explosive loads, high compression strength for earthquake resistance.
