FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of cement-based armor plates. Plate has solid phase produced by hardening of aqueous mix in the absence of quartz flour. Note here that said mix comprises inorganic cement binder, inorganic mineral filler with particle size of 150-450 mcm, puzzolana mineral filler, polycarbonate-based self-leveling super plasticiser and water. Said mix may include alkanolamine and acid or acid salt. Said solid phase may be formed by fibers distributed in solid phase before hardening for plate making. Said plate may be reinforced by coating reinforced with fibers attached to, at least, one core surface by, for example, adhesive lamination to produce ballistic- and explosion-proof armor panel.
EFFECT: perfected cement composition with high ballistic- and explosion-resistance.
