FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: lubing grooves are formed on friction surface to be filled with solid lubricant. Note here that said grooves feature depth exceeding maximum linear wear of the surface. Said grooves are applied on softer surface of friction pair. Said grooves filled, the surface is machined to required size so that main surface part is metallic while another part corresponding to groove area consists of epoxy-resin-based solid lubricant.
EFFECT: higher bearing capacity and heat conductivity of friction surfaces.
