FIELD: lubricants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antifriction solid lubricant coating. Said coating contains inner layer with thickness of 10–15 mcm, applied on substrate and made of molybdenum, and outer layer of composite solid lubricant with thickness of 240–375 mcm. Composite solid lubricant contains nickel as binder, and filler containing molybdenum disulphide 3.0–7.7 pts. wt, graphite—0.5–1.4 pts. wt. and carbon nanotubes—2.0–4.5 pts. wt. Content of nickel in antifriction solid lubricant coating is 20–60 %. Obtained antifriction solid lubricant coating has thickness of 250–390 mcm.
EFFECT: providing serviceability of said antifriction coating in space environment, thermal load at temperature from −140 °C to +400 °C and specific loads of more than 20 kgf/mm2.
