FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in defining coordinates of the vehicle centre of masses via those of vehicle separate elements as relation of the sum of products of vehicle total mass to those of separate elements. First, system of coordinates of the vehicle is selected. Second, mass and coordinates of centre of masses of equipment, instrumentation and crew are defined. Third, coordinates of the vehicle and box body centre of mass are defined. Fourth, mass and coordinates of centre of masses of completely equipped vehicle are defined. Fifth, distribution of load at front and rear axles and sides are defined. Sixth, lengthwise and transverse stability is defined without allowance for spring and tire deformation. Seventh, tolerable loads at box body elements, i.e. floor, sides, rear and front panels and roof, are defines. Eighth, obtained results are analysed. If required, equipment and instrumentation are reconfigured.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of definition.
