SUBSTANCE: system has an operator panel with a personal computer with a self-contained power supply and information display means and two subsystems, each including: a unit for collecting, primary processing and analysing information with a self-contained power supply, units for detecting channels of continuously monitored media and channels for periodically monitored media with their own control computers, data outputs of which are connected through their distribution boxes by a data channel to the unit for collecting, primary processing and analysing information, a gas blower with a remote controlled valve and a vacuum sensor, a gas blower control unit with a control computer, a device for switching on the electric drive of the gas blower and the electric drive of the remote controlled shutoff valve of the gas blower, a valve control unit, wherein the gas blower control unit and the valve control unit are connected through their distribution boxes by a control channel to the unit for collecting, primary processing and analysing information; feed pipes with manually controlled shutoff control valves, filters and flow meters for directing continuously monitored media to detecting units and pipes with remote controlled valves, whose number is equal to that of periodically monitored media, for directing periodically monitored media to detecting units, and output pipes of detecting units are connected through manually controlled shutoff valves to a common pipe. Gas blower control units of the first and second subsystems are connected to each other by a data channel. The personal computer of the operator panel and the units for collecting, primary processing and analysing information and the second subsystem are connected to a local area network.

EFFECT: high reliability and providing control of parameters, avoiding errors in measurement results.
