FIELD: multifunction remote monitoring systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multifunctional means of remote monitoring of the radiation state of an object. The presence in the radiation monitoring system at a nuclear power plant with a water coolant of the first circuit of channels for continuous monitoring of the activity of air media in the premises of the controlled zone, ventilation systems of nuclear power plants and spectrometric channels for periodic monitoring of the activity of radionuclides of gases as air media in the premises of the controlled zone, ventilation systems of nuclear power plants, as well as the primary circuit coolant removed from the sample in the degasser and the channels for monitoring the activity of radionuclides in the primary circuit coolant after the gases are removed from it, it provides the possibility of conducting both radiation monitoring of air in the premises of the controlled zone and ventilation systems, and diagnostics of the condition of fuel element shells with the identification of the moment of the beginning of the appearance of shell defects with the necessary degree of reliability.
EFFECT: extension of the range of radiation monitoring equipment.
