FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: aircraft is fitted with: an inertial navigation system, a radio navigation corrector - satellite navigation system and a self-contained inertial navigation system data corrector - computation unit for correlation-extremum information processing. The ground-based part of the system is based on a personal computer. Estimates of coordinates obtained based on flight data and as a result of accompanying mathematical modelling, are combined based on homogeneity criteria and the attribute of the same general set and are statistically processed. For interactive display and subsequent analysis of flight results, a unit is introduced for estimating, analysing and displaying the path of the aircraft in a reference environment in 3D format.
EFFECT: high self-containment, reliability and accuracy of determining real values of aircraft navigation coordinates.
