FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery industry and can be used for soil treatment. The roller comprises a frame, an axis and spherical discs, mounted on half-axes with the ability of their movement in the vertical plane and fixing in the specified position. The frame of the roller is formed combined with the ability of changing the angle of positioning of side beams with the spherical discs in the direction of movement and fixed in the specified position. Between the spherical discs along the symmetry axis of the roller the packer disc is mounted with the ability of free rotation with the ring mounted on its outer edge. Along the circumference of the packer disc at equal distance from its outer edge with the same angle pitch the holes are made. In the holes the elastic spring-loaded rods are mounted with the ability to move in the radial direction of the packer disc. The packer disc is mounted with the ability to change its position together with the axis in a horizontal plane and fixing in the desired position.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to improve conditions of seed germination and plant development as a result of improving quality of the formed ridge.
