FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: part and aluminium alloy-based cement are brought in contact at processing temperature with atmosphere containing active gas. Said active gas reacts with said cement to form gaseous aluminium halide to be decomposed in contact with said part for metallic aluminium to be deposited thereon. Active contains ZrOCl2 formed in evaporation of ZrOCl2 pellets solid at ambient temperatures and decomposing in contact with said part with deposition of metallic zirconium thereon. Part, cement and ZrOCl2 pellets are gradually heated in chamber from ambient temperature to processing temperature at curing at 400°C ± 200°C.
EFFECT: controlled zirconium concentration in protective coating.
