FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed swirler comprises case with auger fitted therein and fluid feed pipe. Note here that auger outer surface represents a helical groove. Threaded opening is made inside auger. Cylindrical bore is made inside the union extending in axisymmetric diffuser connected with cylindrical chamber. Said case consists of two aligned interconnected cylindrical larger- and smaller-diameters sleeves.Note also that said auger is arranged inside smaller-diameter sleeve, aligned therewith and inserted in its inner surface. Note that union is arranged inside larger-diameter sleeve , aligned therewith and screwed thereon via seal gasket. Cylindrical chamber is composed by smaller-diameter sleeve inner surface and auger end surface. At least, two inclined rods are secured to smaller-diameter sleeve end surface to support sprayers composed of, for example, vanes resting on thrusts secured perpendicular to rods. Note also that said rods are inclined from nozzle axis, i.e. along conical surface, surface vertex being directed toward larger-diameter sleeve.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
