FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid sprayers and may be used in machine building, chemical and food industries. proposed sprayer comprises casing with auger inserted therein and fluid feed union. Said casing consists of two aligned cylindrical sleeves, i.e. larger-diameter and smaller-diameter sleeves. Note here that smaller-diameter sleeve houses auger fitted therein and aligned therewith and rigidly coupled with its inner surface. Note also that auger inner surface represents a helical groove while two rows of through holes concentric with circumferences are made there inside. Note that every row has at least three holes while holes diameters decrease from auger axis to peripheral holes. Larger-diameter sleeve houses union is aligned therewith and secured thereto by, for example, a threaded joint via gasket. Cylindrical bore is made inside said union changing into axially symmetric diffuser connected with cylindrical chamber composed by smaller-diameter sleeve inner surface and auger end surface. Rod is secured inside said auger with one end arranged flush with its end surface facing the union, while opposite free end has at least two discs perpendicular to rod axis arranged regularly over the disc rod length, diameters of said discs increasing towards rod free end.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
