SUBSTANCE: thermistor converter of temperature into voltage comprises a stabilitron, a heat-sensitive element, a device of charge accumulation and transfer, an amplifier and voltage dividers, at the same time the heat-sensitive element is made in the form of two identical thermistors, which are in a common heat conducting medium, besides, one of them via a current-setting resistor is connected to a stabilitron, creating a voltage divider, to the output of which via a trimmer the second thermistor is connected, as well as the input of the charge accumulation and transfer device, besides, the second input of this device is connected to the output of the calibrating divider of reference voltage, and the output of the charge accumulation and transfer device is connected to the input of the amplifier connected in accordance with the circuit of a non-inverting amplifier, the output of which is the output of the converter of temperature into voltage.
EFFECT: development of a device providing for direct proportionate dependence of output voltage on temperature variations with high accuracy and high noise immunity.
