SUBSTANCE: in a DC voltage stabiliser a serial RC-circuit is connected in parallel to input leads, and a point of connection between a resistor (10) and a capacitor (9) of the serial RC-circuit is connected to a base of a transistor (12), the collector of which is connected to an input lead, and the emitter - to output leads.

EFFECT: improved reliability of a device through simplification of a start-up circuit.
