FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a vortex tube with a warm air flow outlet connection pipe and a cold air flow outlet pipeline located in a water outlet groove and connected to a heated air outlet connection pipe. On inner surface of warm air flow outlet connection pipe there located are guides, the curvature of which is formed as per negative rotation of a screw line swirled counterclockwise, and on inner surface of the heated air outlet connection pipe there located are guides, the curvature of which is formed as per positive rotation of a screw line swirled clockwise. The housing of warm air flow outlet connection pipe and the housing of heated air outlet connection pipe are made from bimetal. Material of inner surface of warm air flow outlet connection pipe has heat conductivity coefficient that is by 2.0-2.5 times more than that of outer surface, and material of inner surface of heated air outlet connection pipe has heat conductivity coefficient that is more by 2.0-2.5 times than that of outer surface. Cold air flow outlet pipeline is made from three-layer composite material including a intermediate layer from metal braiding, and inside and outside layers are made from waterproof material; besides, outside layer is corrugated.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of mist removal from mine working.
