SUBSTANCE: for the purpose of trial of a therapeutic preparation to correct hematological disorders, myelosuppression in simulated in mice by intraperitoneal introduction of cyclophosphane 200 mg/kg once per 7 days for 5 weeks to achieve stable meylosuppression shown by the neutrophil count and the committed granulomonocytopoiesis progenitor count.
EFFECT: method enables studying the possibilities of hematopoietic regeneration and pharmacological correction of the blood system disorders by the multiple cytostatic effect.
