SUBSTANCE: device contains a single-phase inverter 1, a transformer 6, an output filter 25 and a reversible rectifier; introduced into the device are three secondary windings 9, 10, 11 with midpoints, positioned at an angle of 120°; the output of each secondary winding is connected to the single-phase reversible rectifier 12, 13 and 14; the single-phase inverter control system 26 contains a saw-tooth voltage generator 27, a transformer-rectifier unit 28, the first 30 and the second 31 pulse shapers, the first 32 and the second 33 pulse distributors; the reversible rectifiers control system 35 consists of three single-phase control units 35, 36, 37 the outputs whereof are connected to the reversible rectifiers phase-shifting device 48; each of the single-phase control units contains a synchronisation unit 38, a curve type generator 39, the first 40 and the second 41 AND logical elements, the first 42 and the second 43 pulse distributors, the first 44, the second 45, the third 46 and the fourth 47 pulse amplifiers.

EFFECT: development of a converter forming a three-phase symmetric voltage system.
