FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and is intended for converting DC voltage into three-phase AC voltage. A neutral wire is connected to the common point of the secondary windings of the transformer with a rotating magnetic field. Besides, the converter includes a switching unit and its control system. Converter comprises an inverter power circuit containing an input capacitor, four transistors of inverter power circuit, four inverse diodes, transformer with a rotating magnetic field, comprising two primary windings, phase-shifting capacitor, three secondary windings of transformer with rotating magnetic field, terminals A, B, C and N for load connection, switching unit containing two transistors, switching unit control system containing voltage sensor, pulse former, voltage polarity sensor, sawtooth voltage generator, first and second AND logic elements, first and second pulse amplifiers, as well as an inverter control system.

EFFECT: reduction of unbalance level of three-phase voltage system at connection of single-phase electric power consumers to converter.
