FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic stacker of steel cold-formed sections of type U and C. Stacker comprises a receiving table frame with a belt conveyor installed on it, a mechanism for forming a stack of profiles with a platform for forming a stack of profiles, a pneumatic cylinder for lowering and lifting the platform for forming a stack of profiles, a mechanism for turning the stack of profiles, a mechanism for pushing the stack of profiles, a mechanism for tamping a profile, a driven roller table and a strapping machine for strapping the stack of profiles. Mechanism for turning the stack of profiles is made in the form of rotary levers in the form of brackets with electromagnets installed on them, which are made with possibility of being turned through 180 degrees by means of a rotary pneumatic cylinder. Mechanism for pushing the stack of profiles is made with the possibility of moving the formed stack of profiles onto the driven roller table.
EFFECT: elimination of labour-consuming technological operations with measured steel cold-formed profile.
