FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: solution for phosphatisation of steel surface includes the following, g/l: 5.55-18.72 of zinc ions (Zn2+), 4.35-15.68 of phosphoric anhydride (P2O5), 9.25-33.6 of nitrate ions (NO3 -), 0.56-2.46 of sodium ions (Na+), 0.19-0.82 of ammonium ions (NH4 +) and water is the rest (up to 1 l). Mass ratio of sum of zinc and sodium cations to phosphoric anhydride in the solution is (Zn2++Na+):P2O5 = (1-3.47):(0.71-2.57), and mass ratio of ammonium ions to sodium ions is (NH4 +:Na+) = 1:3.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining qualitative phosphate coating and performing treatment of metal surface prior to wet drawing operations and other operations of cold deformation, provides safe operation and improves working conditions.
