SUBSTANCE: slot on a packer shaft includes shortened and extended slots connected with an inclined slot, and a part that closes slots, which is made in the form of longitudinal slots. Longitudinal left and right slots are displaced to different sides relative to the shortened slot and are connected in the lower part with the inclined slot. The left longitudinal slot is longer than the right one and is connected on top with the extended slot and with the lower part of the inclined slot. The shortened slot is made as L-shaped. Between the left longitudinal, inclined and right longitudinal slots there is a closed D-shaped ledge, besides, generatrices of the ledge are coupled with an arc.

EFFECT: higher operational reliability of a mechanism for placement and breakage of mechanical packets, sealing of annular space, improved transition of a packer from a transport position into an operating one and back.
