FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment. Bulkhead is secured on base by means of, at least, three vibration isolators and represents single mass oscillating system with mass and rigidity of m2 and c2, respectively. Harmonic oscillations generator used is eccentric vibrator, arranged on bulkhead. Natural frequencies testing stand for resilient elements of spring and plate vibration isolators is mounted on bulkhead. Vibration insulators are made with different length, geometrical parameters, as well as different weights value, fixed at these tested elements ends. Oscillations of mass, fixed on each resilient element, fixed by displacements indicator, according to readings of which resonant frequency is determined, corresponding to each resilient element parameters. On base and bulkhead vibration acceleration sensors are fixed, signals from which are transmitted to amplifier, then oscilloscope, magnetograph and computer for received information processing. For test bench adjustment frequency meter and phase meter are employed.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is expansion of technological capabilities of testing objects having several resilient links with structural parts.
