FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention serves to control and adjust amplitude applied to fine grinder box for variation of load applied by grinding roll to ground material. Proposed system comprises servo motor, circular position transducer, vertical reduction gear, assembly with helical spring, control device and user interface. Preset adjustable load is selected by user/operator interface. Motor drives the pin for preloading in assembly with helical spring in appropriate direction by reduction gear. With pin turning, nut and sleeve displace axially along said pin to contract or ease said spring. Load dependent on linear rod displacement is outputted at operator interface. As box load level is reached motor can be switched off since assembly with spring maintains selected load of said box.
EFFECT: control and adjustment of load amplitude.
