SUBSTANCE: invention relates to parts of discharges, discharges and method of making of discharge parts. Proposed method comprises component-by-component injection moulding to make first component in injection mould. It includes retaining the component in the mould to make second moulding job to produce second component connecting first component edge and second component second edge to produce a joint. It comprises moulding the first component first edge to make one step across said first edge. It includes also moulding the step for first contact surface at the angle to discharge part outer or inner surface and second contact surface extending to the first edge. It includes moulding the second contact surface for forming extending means of increasing contact along joint length and fusing extending means in second moulding job.
EFFECT: higher working performances of discharge part.
