FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: improved metal can having a base arranged as an integral whole forming a support ring, which is more resistance to warpage compared to regular structures. It comprises a vertically aligned cylindrical side wall (12) and a combined end wall (14), having a sunk central area (16) and a rim (18) facing down, which forms a support ring (20). The rim facing down preferably comprises the first external convex ring surface, which, when looking in the vertical cross section, has the first curve radius R1, the second lower convex circular surface, which, when looking in the vertical cross section, has the second curve radius R2, and the third internal convex circular surface, which, when looking in the vertical section, has the third curve radius R3. The first, second and third curve radii R1, R2 and R3 preferably each differ from each other, besides, the specified third curve radius R3 is more than the specified second curve radius R2, and the specified second curve radius R2 is more than the specified first curve radius R1.
