FIELD: improvements meant to facilitate gas passage for burner cooling and operation. SUBSTANCE: nozzle of first design version has tubular body with pin and coaxially arranged opposite ends, as well as end panel on one of ends; body has peripheral inner surface; end panel has coaxially arranged inner side joined to peripheral surface, plasma-forming gas outlet coaxially passed through end panel, and set of ribs on inner side of end panel providing for radial flow of plasma-forming gas to gas outlet. Nozzle of second design version has tubular body with pin and coaxially arranged inner surface, coaxially arranged opposite ends, and end panel on one of opposite ends. End panel has through outlet passed in axial direction, its external surface is located between opposite ends, and mounting flange is radially arranged outside of external surface between opposite ends. Mounting flange has axially opposite first and second sides facing, respectively, first and second opposite ends of body. External side of nozzle includes adjacent coaxial first cylindrical, conical, and second cylindrical sections arranged in tandem between first mounting flange and one of opposite ends of nozzle. First and second cylindrical sections differ in diameter and conical section expands from first towards second section of surface. Proposed design of nozzle provides for controlling gas flow and plasma arc column. EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability and efficiency; reduced maintenance charges. 38 cl, 6 dwg
