SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and may be used for adjustment of air feed from heating and anti-icing of aircraft assembly units and parts. Proposed device comprises anti-icing system shutter turn drive moving element articulated with the shutter. Said shutter turn drive moving element is composed of a rod fitted in hydraulic cylinder to reciprocate axially therein. Said piston is spring-loaded relative to hydraulic cylinder by elastic element fitted in rod end of said cylinder. Rod and head ends of hydraulic cylinder are intercommunicated and communicated with working fluid feed channel. Head end of hydraulic cylinder is equipped with bypass channels. One of said channels is provided with atomizer while another one incorporates drain channel. EFFECT: reliable operation.
