FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: production room with low noise level comprises a shop carcass, bearing walls with enclosures in the form of a floor and a ceiling, which are lined with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, and also single-piece sound absorbers, comprising a frame, where sound-absorbing material is arranged, and installed above noisy equipment. The floor is made on an elastic base and comprises a base plate made of concrete reinforced with vibration damping material and installed on a basic plate of a floor slab with cavities via layers of vibration damping material and hydraulic insulation material installed with a gap relative to bearing walls of a production room. Cavities of the basic plate are filled with vibration damping material, for instance, with a foamed polymer. In the cavity of the basic plate of the floor slab there is a vibration damping insert installed, which comprises a pipe made of elastic material, to ends of which support flanges are rigidly connected, entering with a gap into the cavity of the basic plate of the floor slab so that axes of the plate cavity and insert pipe are parallel or match. The cavity of the vibration damping insert pipe is filled with a vibration damping material, for instance, sand, crushed stone, gravel, foamed polymer, for instance, polyethylene or polypropylene.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve efficiency of noise attenuation.
